A refreshing, light drink, the earthy taste of matcha and the sweet, icy freshness of coconut water are a perfect summer pairing. Ideal as an afternoon refresher or a healthy "caffeine boost."
Ingredients:

1-1.5 teaspoons or chashaku first harvest matcha powder

0.5 dl hot water (approx. 80 °C)

2-2.5 dl coconut water

1-2 teaspoons honey or even without sweetener

Ice cubes
Preparation:

Sift the matcha to avoid clumps.

Pour hot water over it and whisk with a chasen or a handheld milk frother until it's nicely foamy.

Fill a glass with ice, and stir in the honey, or enjoy it without sweetener.
- Add coconut water.

Pour the frothed matcha over it and gently mix.
